Built for the villages, not for the traffic
Horizon West was designed around villages, each with an elementary school at the center and the shops within reach. Lakeside, Bridgewater, Summerlake, Seidel, Ovation. It's a genuinely good idea, and it produced a community where families with young children are the norm rather than a segment.
That shapes what dental care needs to look like here. Most Horizon West households aren't booking one appointment, they're booking four, and the practical question isn't which office is nearest but which one can see everybody without turning it into three separate trips. A pediatric office for the kids plus a general practice for the parents plus an orthodontist across town is how a lot of families here currently spend their spring.
We built the studio to collapse that. Every age is seen at the same practice, Invisalign for a fourteen-year-old and implant work for a grandparent are both handled in-house, and appointments for the same family get stacked rather than scattered. Add a 7am start and the whole thing fits into a morning. For a community where the school run already dictates the calendar, that's worth the drive up Avalon.
