A small town that decided to stay one
Oakland has held onto something most of West Orange County traded away. The brick streets, the oak canopy over Tubb Street, the 150 acres of the Oakland Nature Preserve running down to Lake Apopka, the Briley family land that's been farmed since 1900. The town grew, but it grew on its own terms.
That's the standard we set for the studio. Dr. Little owns this practice himself, and that ownership decides more than it sounds like it should: how long an appointment runs, what gets recommended, and who answers for it. Word travels in a town this size, and we'd like to be the practice people recommend at the Nature Preserve trailhead.
Practically, being your neighbors changes what we can do. If a crown comes loose on a Tuesday morning, you're minutes away, not a highway drive. If you're bringing three kids in, you're not building an afternoon around it. And because Dr. Little places implants and does oral surgery in-house rather than referring out, the multi-visit treatments that usually mean driving to a second office in Orlando stay right here on Southern Railway.

What are your hours?
West Orange Dental Studio is open for in-person visits Tuesday through Thursday, 7am to 5pm. On Monday and Friday we answer calls and texts but the studio is closed for visits. Early morning appointments are deliberate: a 7am start means a cleaning before work rather than instead of it.
Do I have to leave Oakland for implants or oral surgery?
No. Dr. Little plans dental implants in 3D using CBCT imaging and places them in-house with guided surgery, and handles extractions and oral surgery at the Oakland studio. Treatments that typically mean a referral to a second office in Orlando are completed here.
Do you see children as well as adults?
Yes. West Orange Dental Studio sees children from age three and up, right through to care for grandparents, so families can be seen together at one practice. The recommended age for a child's first visit is three. Children under three are best served by a pediatric dentist, and we are glad to point you to one.
