Free whitening for life, for every founding member. Here's exactly how it works.

Who's eligible
Every new patient who schedules a new-patient visit with us before our opening day is a founding member, and every founding member receives this offer. There's no cap on the number of founding members. A new-patient visit means an exam, the x-rays we recommend for you, and a cleaning, and the benefit begins when you complete it.
What counts is when you book, not when you come in. If you schedule before opening day, your visit can fall after it and you're still a founding member. Joining the VIP List doesn't by itself make you one, but it's how we reach you to schedule before we open.
Once we open, the offer closes to new bookings.
What you receive
At your new-patient visit, an Opalescence Go professional whitening kit. The trays come prefilled with gel, so you leave with everything you need and start whitening that week rather than waiting on anything to be made.
At your six-month visit, we make custom whitening trays from scans of your own teeth and send you home with a tube of professional whitening gel. The trays are yours to keep. After that, one tube of gel at each completed hygiene visit, which for most people is twice a year.
The gel is what the benefit covers. If your custom trays are lost or damaged, a replacement set carries a fee.
How "for life" works
This benefit is part of your ongoing care, so it stays active as long as you keep up your regular visits with us, which for most people means a cleaning and exam every six months. Falling out of that schedule ends the benefit. If you're ever unsure where you stand, ask us and we'll tell you.
The benefit is yours personally. It isn't transferable to family members or friends, and it has no cash value.
When whitening isn't the right call
Whitening isn't appropriate for everyone at every moment. Active decay, untreated gum disease, and certain kinds of sensitivity all need to be handled first, and we generally defer whitening during pregnancy. In those cases the benefit doesn't disappear. We treat what needs treating, and the whitening waits until it's safe and likely to work well.
There is a time limit on that part. If Dr. Little finds treatment that has to happen before whitening is safe, that treatment needs to be completed within six months to keep the benefit. The point isn't a deadline for its own sake. The offer is built around teeth that are healthy first, and whitening over untreated decay or gum disease isn't something we're willing to do.
Whitening gel also has no effect on crowns, veneers, bonding, or fillings, which keep whatever shade they were made in. If you have restorations on your front teeth, we'll talk through what result to expect before we start.
Changes to this offer
We may change or end this offer at any time, and we reserve the right to change the whitening product or method at any time, for anyone, since the supply and availability of any particular product is outside our control. If we make a change that affects patients who have already claimed the offer, we'll tell you directly rather than leaving you to find it on this page.
